Yey, I got my ento gowns 9 days before the wedding. I'm happy with the results of the gowns and the fit on them.

Entourage Measurement

Days Left: 59 days as of today

The first plan was, Charles will pick up Sondy (the mananahi) at Circle C and he will bring them at my house. I am willing to pay the 1,000 as long as my Ento is complete. But then we changed the plan the day itself when I found out that only 5 will be coming. So we immediately call everyone who will come to just go to Circle C instead and we will meet them there.

Entourage's Couturier - - - - Check

Days Left: 69 days as of today

Finally after months of searching. I found a gown maker for my girls. I went to Circle C (Congressional Ave.) to talk to a gown maker we saw there. Unfortunately it's not on the same spot anymore, so I thought maybe they just moved. When I was going down the escalator I found this tarp about a certain Gown Maker. So I waited for Charles downstairs. Then we went to the the Gown maker. I showed him/her the gowns for my girls. She gave me a reasonable price. When we went home I PM'd my girls regarding the rate and the gown that they will be wearing. When everyone answered "okay" and some of them are excited asking when will be the measurements. We went back to the designer and gave him the go signal. Now we will have the 1st measurement on July 9 at my house.

For a gown maker here in quezon city he have a fair price, so instead of going to divisoria for a gown maker I chose him because he's near our house so I can easily go at the shop and check for the gowns.

Couturier - - - - Check

Days Left: 278 days as of today


I've met up with Ms. Sheryl Sept of last year. I asked for a qoutation of the gown that I like as well as for the 2 moms. She gave me a reasonable rate so I didn't hesitate to get her. But since we moved the date i forgot about her already, just until today. I called her up again last wednesday to schedule an appointment.

My meeting with Sheah Designs. Unfortunately Ms. Sheryl is not there, Ms. Marisa is the one who talked to me regarding my inquiries. Nothing special for now. I just wanted to book the date to be sure that I have a couturier already. My 2nd meeting with the 2 moms is 6 months before the wedding.

Finally one major supplier checked again on my list. Thanks to my co-w@wies who recommended Sheah Designs. I'm sure I will not have any problems with them. =)

Oh my

Date: Feb. 23, 2010 ( Tuesday)
Days Left: 234 days as of today

Still in search for a Photographer and Videographer and Couturier. 8 months to go and we haven't finalize our major suppliers yet. Is this the start for a cramming mode? I hope not. I don't have the strength for that yet.

My eyes are too tired from scanning every website I see and read from one forum to the next. If ever we found our prospective supplier it's either their over our budget or they are already booked on our day. sigh 10x....

Need lots and lots of help and prayers.

Okay so I asked Charles to give me a budget for our big day. Here's what we have tackled.

Budget: won't tell
Guests: 220-250 (we both have a big family)
Motif: Blue and Yellow

I'm still thinking about the colors thou. I;m not much of a yellow fan.

Oh oh oh... Before I forget I found my gown. Well not actually my gown and it's not just one gown. I found bits and pieces that I like on 3 gowns...
